Ronald R Reagan is licensed by the Internal Revenue Service to practice as an Enrolled Agent, (EA.) Enrolled Agents are professional tax practitioners who are enrolled to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. EAs are the only practitioners who are required to demonstrate competence specifically in matters of taxation. They are the only representatives for tax payers who receive that right from the United States Government, rather than from individual states.

Patricia is a co-owner of Reagan Management Services, which opened in Central Contra Costa County in 1979. She is a California Registered Tax Preparer, CRTP, with a degree in Business Management and Accounting. Patricia’s background is in corporate marketing and sales management with Chicago Title Insurance Company, in the Walnut Creek area. She has an additional 3 years in real estate sales. As co-owner of Reagan Management Services, and prior to moving to Brentwood, she specialized in the preparation of non-profit filings and grant funding proposals.
