From August 2000 to September 2025, Dr. Jones served as Controller at Bethany Baptist Church, where she led all aspects of financial operations for one of New Jersey’s most established congregations. During her 25-year tenure, she implemented a robust internal control system that enhanced transparency, compliance, and efficiency across multiple entities—including church ministries, endowment funds, and affiliated nonprofit organizations. She also provided fiscal oversight for multi-million-dollar budgets and managed capital projects, facility operations, and vendor negotiations.
