Charles Hines

Charles Hines, the principal of Hines Tax Service, LLC, graduated from Murray State University, Kentucky, in 1966 and attended graduate school the following year. After obtaining his degree, Mr. Hines served as an investigator for the U.S. Department of Labor for 10 years.

Opening his private accounting practice in 1975, Mr. Hines has been a self-employed tax accountant ever since. Over the past 39 years his office has prepared thousands of returns, both individual and corporate.
