He started at Arthur Anderson after studying at Baruch College in New York and later established his own firm in Westchester, New York, before moving to the Tampa area in 2005. He is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and a fully licensed insurance and annuity broker, specializing in helping business clients set up their bookkeeping, payroll, and financial records to efficiently run their business and secure assets.

Sonia is a seasoned accountant with over 30 years of extensive experience in tax accounting, taxation policy, and audit risk management. She expertly prepares tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while managing payroll for corporations with meticulous attention to detail. Sonia also offers specialized QuickBooks training tailored to the needs of corporate clients, empowering them to utilize this powerful accounting software efficiently. Furthermore, Sonia is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of clients.

Dr. Sylvia Hernandez’s role as Chief Operating Officer for the past fifteen years frees Mr. Hernandez to focus on the accounting side of the business, while she takes care of all the other aspects that help make the office run smoothly and efficiently. She oversees customer service, account payables/receivables, human resources, public relations, and dissemination of tax returns.

Paola joins our firm as a highly dedicated Accounting Assistant, bringing with her a meticulous attention to detail, a strong analytical mindset, and a deep commitment to accuracy and procedural integrity. In her role, she provides essential support in the preparation, review, and organization of financial records and tax-related documentation.
