Samuel L. Hemmeter
CPA, PFS, MT
Sam earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Wright State University in 1992 and his Masters in Taxation from Capital University in 1996. Sam has nearly 20 years of public accounting experience, including 13 years with Ernst & Young, a big “4” accounting firm. Sam’s experience includes tax planning and consultation with closely-held clients in the manufacturing, real estate, and distribution industries. He also has worked with a variety of clients assisting with business succession, mergers and acquisitions, international structuring, state and local taxation, estate and gift tax planning, and tax accounting method opportunities.
