I graduated in 1977 with a BBA in accounting from The University of Texas at El Paso. I have worked as a licensed Texas CPA since 1984. For almost 20 years I worked for the Bexar County Auditor rising to Audit Manager before I retired in 1997. I started my accounting firm in 1984 offering accounting, bookkeeping and tax services. I’ve seen a lot of changes in the accounting profession in my 40 years as a CPA.
